The organizational structure of Constanta Port Business Association is as follows:

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the permanent governing body of the organization, ensuring executive management and unified coordination of activities between General Assemblies of Members.

The Board consists of five members:

• President of the Organization – Mr. Viorel PANAIT
• Vice President – Mr. Laurentiu MIRONESCU
• Vice President – Mr. Dorinel CAZACU
• Vice President – Mr. Iancu Adrian STAVROSITU
• Vice President – Mr. Remus Daniel GÎRLEANU

General Assembly of Members

The General Assembly of Members is the main governing body, responsible for making all decisions regarding the organization’s ongoing activities.
