Organizational structure

The organizational structure of the Constanta Port Business Association is as follows:

Board of Directors The Board of Directors is the permanent governing body of the Organization, ensuring executive leadership and unified coordination of activities between the General Assemblies of Members.

The Board of Directors consists of five members:

• President of the Organization – Mr. Viorel Panait
• Vice President – Mr. Laurentiu Mironescu
• Vice President – Mr. Mircea Mihailescu
• Vice President – Mr. Mihai Aniței
• Vice President – Mr. Paul Ivanov

General Assembly of Members The General Assembly of Members is the main governing body, making all decisions regarding the current activities of the Organization.
